Design-Build
We
offer a design-build option for those who are interested in "one stop
shopping." Design/Build is a process by which an entire remodeling project - from the initial design concept to budgets, to permits, to regulations, to the actual construction and final walk through are organized and performed by a single entity, a single point of responsibility. We believe it offers many advantages, such as:

Bring your own architect
If you have drawings already, or have an architect you want to work with, we would be delighted to be part of your construction team. We have over 30 years of experience working with design professionals, and we work hard at being a team player. We believe we have a lot to offer in the early stages of design, including experience with value engineering, innovative methods of construction, and a track record with "what works."
Remodeling
Parrish
Construction Co. can handle any remodeling or renovation project from
minor repairs to whole house makeovers. We apply the same attention to
detail to the updating of a bathroom as we do to a whole-house makeover.
Since most remodels are accomplished during occupancy, it's the little things we do that have built our reputation - things like cleaning up with extra care and doing our best not to interrupt our client's routines. We take the time to listen to your concerns and accommodate them.

Custom cabinetry
Parrish
Construction Co.'s professional cabinetmakers build custom cabinets and
furniture with old-fashioned craftsmanship. Design, construction, and
installation is done by our own staff. Our computer-aided design (CAD)
capability shows you graphically what the cabinets will look like and
enables us to easily modify the design to your specifications before construction
begins.
If you are looking for design help with custom cabinets, furniture, entertainment centers, moldings, or storage, we offer computer aided design (CAD). CAD allows us to be very efficient at creating three-dimensional color drawings to illustrate the design. It allows you to see exactly what you'll get before we cut the first board. And our team of fine woodworkers will bring those drawings to life.
